Microsoft 這次在 Build 的訊息不是「我們又多了一個模型」，而是「我們要把 agent 變成整套可交付的系統」。官方那篇長文開宗明義就寫得很直白：AI alone won’t change your business, the system running it will。這句話其實是在改寫比賽規則，因為它把重點從模型本身拉到整個企業工作流，從資料、身份、治理、運行時到觀測和持續改善，全都包進同一個平台。
這次最有意思的地方，是 Microsoft 不再只把自己當作模型使用者，而是把 GitHub、Microsoft IQ、Fabric、Foundry、Windows、Security、Microsoft 365 和 Agent 365 串成一個單一系統。Azure 那篇 Build 文章更直接，把 Fabric、Microsoft Databases、Rayfin、HorizonDB 和 agentic apps 綁在一起，意思很清楚：開發者不只是在做一個 prompt demo，而是在把 backend、data layer、identity 與部署流程一起接上去。這不是「做一個 agent」，而是「把 agent 變成可長期運行的產品層」。
Microsoft 也沒有迴避算力這件事。另一篇 Azure 文章把 Azure Cobalt 200 VMs 拉上檯面，主打相對 Cobalt 100 最多 50% 的世代效能提升，而且明說是為 modern agentic AI workloads 設計。這裡的訊號很完整：模型要自己養，平台要自己做，底層算力也要自己掌。當一家雲端巨頭開始把模型、runtime、database 和 compute 同時收回來，競爭就不只是 AI 功能清單，而是誰能把整個 stack 的毛利都留在自己身上。
Reuters 也抓到同一個方向。它把這場 Build 報導成 Microsoft 將展示新的 PC 與 cloud AI tools，還有降低對 OpenAI 依賴的模型布局。這個角度很重要，因為它提醒市場：Microsoft 並不是要退出合作，而是在把自己從「買模型的人」往「定義平台的人」移動。對開發者來說，這代表未來的戰場可能不再是誰的 demo 最炫，而是誰能把 agent 的生命週期做得最完整、最穩、最能進 production。
所以這場 Build 真正值得記的，不是某一個單獨模型名，而是 Microsoft 正在把 AI 競賽重新定義成一場系統戰。模型當然還重要，但如果沒有資料上下文、治理、運行環境、部署管線和算力底座，模型最後只會停在展示。Microsoft 這次的打法很清楚：把 agent 開發變成平台，把平台變成雲端收入，把雲端收入再反過來支撐下一輪模型和基礎設施。
